I was looking for these handles and saw the brand name so I quickly snatched a pair of them. Honestly, I like this company but I thought I was purchasing those typical plastic-type handles at this price point. It turned out that these are much nicer than I was expecting. I’d consider these handles heavy duty and more like something you’d find in the gym…professional! These are metal. The grips are very nice and “grippy”. They aren’t leather, but they have that leathery feel. They also come with nice carabiner clips. I haven’t measured the clip size, but they are a bit bigger and stout vs. the standard carabiners that come with, let’s say, exercise bands… Between the 3 BLUSLM Lat Pull-Down attachments I’ve purchased, and now these nice handles, I’m really happy with this brand/company. I purchased 2 handles in this order. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition with ZERO defects. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice grip and feel

I wouldn’t say that this accessory is necessarily, however it is a nice piece to have in the arsenal for a good price. The rubber makes griping it comfortable and the ribbing prevents slipping when pulling on it. I use it mostly for cross body cable pulls and some one arm tricep pull downs. You can use other handles for these exercises, but this is well designed for those movements, so why not take advantage of it.
