I have purchased moss from them several times and each time they delivered some of the best and most beautiful mosses I have seen anywhere. Fresh, green, Unique mosses that I have never seen elsewhere, perfectly shaped and still smell of the forest. They grow beautifully and look like a million bucks. Originally I got these to cover the grounds of a fairy garden, and some I placed around the plants grown in the pots...but then they looked so good and grown so beautifully that I made these pots Just for the mosses. I used shallow plates or shallow ceramic bowls with half an inch to an inch of fluffy soil or hold the water. I spray mist over them daily, to keep them wet and moist during the day. The first few days after planting, i keep them outside in the warm sun...but afterward they remain inside and somewhere they get a bit of sun through the windows...not a lot...just a little would do. I even have the moss bowls on my dining room table as a center piece and they look phenomenal!! I get a lot of complements for those. You can place them around the candles for a dinner party or use as decorations. They could be made into those live frames....placed in the space among the rocks or fireplace rock-walls. So many design ideas from such little clever plants and Appalachian Farms are the place to go for the rare and unusual moss and lichens. The variety they have does not even compare with the other stores. They carry moss and lichens that no one has even heard of, let alone sell. When they get placed all together, they create the Nature's Masterpiece. A beautiful scene that is not just beautiful and mesmerizing to look at, but also very easy to take care and cultivate. (I am not the seller nor an agent of the seller nor was I asked to post any feedback for them. I just happen to love this store and what they offer or how they go about doing business. During the time when you can't find any good store that sells good green things it is refreshing to come across a company that still believes in providing good product at good prices, honorably and kindly) Review: 🤩Beautiful moss perfect for terrariums! - This is the second or third time I’ve ordered from this company. It might take more than a “prime delivery” but remember it is living plants they are sending and harvesting. You can tell they package it with care. It sounds silly but moss is hardy yet could be fragile If just thrown in. I ordered the variety pack and got just that. The moss arrived in perfect (if there is such thing) condition. A bonus is the company provides a little “care” instructions for anyone that isn’t sure how to care for moss. Will order again. ## Features - Live moss & lichen assortment - 5"x6" bag, 100% natural, no chemicals used - Harvested fresh by Appalachian Emporium - Includes Appalachian Emporium's Moss Care Guide ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00DGYSYLY | | Best Sellers Rank | #404,211 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #354 in Floral Moss | | Brand Name | Appalachian Emporium | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 225 Reviews | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Volume | 16 Fluid Ounces | ## Images ![Mix Moss & Lichen Variety Assortment British Soldier Pixie Cup Pityrea Live Lichens Moss 1 Pint Bag - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51DIOJK1PaL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UNIQUE & INCREDIBLE *by V***. on September 19, 2018* My absolute Favorite store on Amazon.
