My ears don't get sore nor hot, and call volume is easily adjustable. They're easy to adjust and don't feel loose or like they're going to slide off. I don't think I'd run with them on, but they probably wouldn't fall off even then. I've been using them nearly every day since I got them and haven't noticed any wear or flaking on the ear pads. The material on the ear pads is soft and comfortable. I like that the mic lights up red when I'm on mute, and I love being able to mute just by tapping the left ear. I'm not personally using the adapter that came with them, I'm just connecting via bluetooth and I've never had a connectivity issue or drop thus far. I definitely recommend these for anyone working from home and in need of a new headset. Review: I HAVEN'T FOUND BETTER!!! - This is my 4th set of JLab headsets. One set is the JLab JBuds Work trucker's style which you can remove an ear cup. The other 2 were JLab Go Work which I like best. I broke the first set. The second set started giving me background sound where I could hear my surroundings. I must have changed something by hitting the button too many times. Couldn't figure out how to change it back so I bought the Gen2 set. I don't understand other reviews regarding comfort. I'm a Dispatcher and the only time I'm not wearing them is in the shower or to bed! I wear them at least 14 hours a day! They're soft and adjustable on my ears. A simple little tweak always does the trick! I've told everyone in trucking that I know about these! These rival any of the expensive headsets the truckers use! I love'em! The battery last a long time and now the Gen2 is even longer than the first! Update: I did figure out what I did to the headset. I had hit the button too many times and had set them to hear outside as well. They are finally giving out though. They will work fine for a while and then cut out. No one can hear me but I can hear them. So continued use from 2023 to 2026 at $40, that's a good deal in anyone's book! I Love'em!!! IMO there's none better for Driver's, Dispatcher's, CSR's, connect to your phone, laptop, desktop, gamer console and so much more! Plus, you can listen to your music and it's not bad for that either. They aren't made to get the most from music or movies but for all day wear, I haven't found better! Update 06/02/26: Well I'm on my 5th set now. I broke the boom mic; snapped it like a toothpick! I'm so frustrated with myself. I just couldn't stop myself! Anyway...I saw where this is a frequently returned item. For the life of me, I do not understand why! For the price, there is absolutely nothing better on the market! Multipoint connections, long battery life, kills background noise, absolutely fantastic for office work, while driving or watching a movie or listening to music! Why would you return it unless it just doesn't work? I've not had that experience! I love the Gen2 and I'll buy it as long as it's available. I saw they have a Gen3 out now so I'd better get me a bulk deal on the Gen2 then I'll try the new one! Hahahaha! ## Features - 55+ Hours Battery Life Power Through A Full Work Week On One Charge. Then it's like it knew I was past my return period because that's when they started to act up. Sometimes when a call comes in, they won't unmute or mute. I have to power them off and back on or transfer my call. Sometimes they get stuck and won't power off and I just have to let the battery die. They will randomly disconnect in the middle of a call. And they are a bit tight on the ears. Also on order to use them with your personal phone you have to download an app. Why can't I just connect Bluetooth why do I need a app. ## Frequently Bought Together - JLab Go Work Gen 2 Wireless Headsets with Microphone - 55+ Playtime PC Bluetooth Headset and Multipoint Connect to Laptop Computer and Mobile - Wired or Wireless (Bluetooth or USB Dongle) Headphones - Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo for Windows, 2.4 GHz, 8 Multimedia Keys, PC, Laptop, Wireless Keyboard Compact Mouse Combo - Black - Logitech MK345 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo with Palm Rest, 2.4 GHz USB Receiver, Compatible with PC, Laptop, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/574043261-jlab-go-work-gen-2-wireless-headset-bluetooth-usb-dongle](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/574043261-jlab-go-work-gen-2-wireless-headset-bluetooth-usb-dongle) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
