If you watch the video first shown on the product page you'll find it much easier to put together. I found it very simple. It is sturdy and of good quality. The adhesion is very good. My only issue is that my paint by number canvas wasn't a standard size that fit the frame. I ended up with a blank canvas border showing. Instead of needing a 16x20 frame I needed a 14x18 frame. Make sure you measure what frame you need as described!
