Great quality overall!
Bought these to replace some super old headset I had from a different brand. These headphones are quality. Craftsmanship is great, material quality is great, sound quality is great, and noice cancellation works wonders. Super comfortable since they are over ear. I bought these on sale, but I would buy them at regular price. Battery lasts weeks between charges for me. I tested this by letting my 11 year old nephew use them on a family trip where he used them for 4+ hrs straight for 2 days and here and there for other days and the battery was not even at 50% ( I had used this the week before on a trip I made and did not charge them prior to giving them to him.) The app is great to manage multiple connections to the headphones, and to power them off without touching the headset. Awesome product, wouldn’t expect less from Sony.

Great Vaule Headphones
I’ve been using the Sony WH-CH720NB headphones for a few weeks and overall they’ve been a great value. The biggest strengths are comfort and weight — they’re some of the lightest over-ear headphones I’ve tried, which makes them easy to wear for long stretches without discomfort. Battery life is excellent (close to the advertised 35 hours), and USB-C quick charging is convenient. The Sony Headphones Connect app adds useful features like multipoint pairing, EQ customization, and decent ANC/ambient sound control. Sound quality is balanced with a warm tilt, making them pleasant for music, podcasts, and daily use. That said, there are a few trade-offs. The materials feel more budget-plastic than premium, and the padding isn’t as plush as higher-end models. Noise cancellation is good for voices and higher-pitched sounds but doesn’t fully block deeper rumbles like engines. At high volume or with very layered tracks, the sound can get a little muddy, though EQ tweaks help. They also don’t fold and come without a case, so portability isn’t ideal. Overall, if you want lightweight, comfortable wireless headphones with solid ANC, long battery life but sometimes only lasts not even the 32 hours, and customizable sound at a reasonable price, these are easy to recommend. Not perfect, but for the cost they’re excellent — I’d rate them 4 out of 5 stars.

GREAT Battery life and noise cancelling!!
I had a horrible day in the airport where my flight was delayed by 6hrs, so I was using these headphones for about 12hrs straight. While I was still on the ground in the airport, lot of the time I had both ANC and transparency mode turned off because I was concerned about battery life (scarred from past bluetooth headphones). Even though I was in a crowded airport with many people around, even with ANC off the headphones still dampened the noise to a very acceptable level! Once I got on the airplane itself, I was astonished by the ANC- it was like I was turning the airplane engines off. I checked the battery life periodically throughout the day, and every single time it kept telling me 100% battery, which I couldn't believe. At the end of the night, after wearing the headphones with music playing for nearly 12hrs straight, the battery only lowered to 90%. And this wasn't a glitch because I used these headphones for the rest of the week before they needed a charge again. Super impressed with the battery life, noise cancelling, and sound quality!!!!The one caveat is I don't recommend the adaptive noise cancelling feature, where it tracks whether you're walking, stationary, or in a vehicle and adjusts the noise cancelling settings accordingly. It's a really cool gimmick, but it was a huge drain on my phone battery (a newer Samsung Galaxy) and it's easy enough to change the noise cancelling settings manually with the physical button on the headphones that the feature is not super necessary anyways.

Exactly what I was looking for!
These are super comfortable! The ear cups are very soft and go completely around my ears. They are also light weight and don't feel like they'd fall off if I was running. They sound very good too! And after a burn in period they only get better! The noise cancelling is also very good. I work in a cube farm with some very talkative and energetic coworkers and I can barely hear them at all when I'm listening to something.Cons: Volume/Pause/Play control buttons could use some more tactile differentiation. It's hard to tell which button you're going to press by feel. But with practice that'll go away. The app has some really neat features but unfortunately it has a very well known and prevalent issue where it causes random disconnecting of the headset. The only real fix is to uninstall the app and just not use it. Fortunately the app is in no way necessary to get a good experience with the headphones.

Worth it for sensitive ears!
1 Day Review: i’ve literally just received them and i love them. they’re super comfortable, lightweight, easy on my sensitive ears, and just a great experience. the app was kinda weird bc you have to make a sony account (which luckily i already had) and it wouldn’t let me sign in at first. i feel like you def need the app to bump up the quality of the headphones’ audio. it was super easy to connect, and through the app you can set it up to auto connect. the buttons are a little close together so it’ll take some getting used to for the feel of them. overall, as someone who has sensitive ears but LOVES music of all types and genres, these work great for budget headphones. from rock, to metal, to rap, to wave, to jazz or pop, these are great. definitely worth it. i’ll update if there’s any changes along the way :) but let’s hope it stays good

Just great all around
I love these, noise cancelation is fantastic they fit over the ears very well without exerting too much pressure on the side if the head. The audio quality is great, they are light, easy to pack and just so we'll made, highly recommend these.

Only lasted 3 months
Sound quality is ok. They feel flimsy. Broke after 3 months. Ive had 50 dollar headphones that lasted way longer than this and felt sturdier
