A: This product would not be recommended for the grates on a gas stove.

A: Yes, this should work well for griddles and flat tops.

**Q: Which is more powerful? grill and grate or oven and grill?**
A: If you're using Goo Gone for your outdoor grill, I would use the grill & grate. That's what I use and it works very well. The 'oven and grill' would be useful for an indoor oven.
