A: This is an actual toothpaste to use in place of traditional toothpaste.

**Q: What is the RDA (abrasiveness) score?**
A: I don’t know the actual number, but I’ve been using the charcoal toothpaste twice a day every day for 3 months now and my enamel only seems to be getting thicker if that helps at all.
