They are very floppy. Don’t let my two star raiting fool you. They are so freaking comfortable. Make sure to size down though because they run big. I’ve only had them a few days, but they are probably one of my favorite sandals that I have ever worn. They have lots of support and they feel amazing on the feet.The reason for my two star rating is that I’ve worn these shoes three times (to work) and the little strap that holds the adjustable strap down broke this morning while I was putting them on.I don’t want to send them back, because as I’ve said I’ve worn them three times already and I love how comfortable they are. They gave me instant relief from my Planters fasciitis, but weren't much on looks. I really wanted to try a pretty sandal for this summer. After reading the other reviews, I decided to order a half size smaller than what I normally wear. I ordered a 6 1/2 and it fits perfectly. I do have short toes, so if yours are long, you may do better sticking with your normal size to avoid them going over the edge. I have worn these sandals, almost everyday, for a couple of weeks and they have held up very well. I have have had no pain even after several hours of standing.
