## Description

Upgrade your Yale Assure Lock (Gen 1 or 2) to work with the Yale Access app via Wi-Fi. The Yale Wi-Fi Smart Module will allow you to lock or unlock, share access and see who comes and goes using your Yale Access app, from anywhere. No additional hub or Connect is needed, just your home's Wi-Fi network (2.4 Ghz).

Review: So much better than the older August module and hub - We have four first-generation Assure locks, and have tried a variety of smart modules with them including Z-Wave, Homekit, the August Connect kit, and these. These are easily the most reliable of the group; they never drop from the network, and have worked flawlessly for us. Reasonably simple setup (just don't forget to factory reset your lock before you install), the August Home Assistant integration works well. Only downside is they go through batteries considerably faster (understandably), and need a 2.4Ghz network (which is fine, and reduces power consumption as well). Super happy with them, and a little sad they weren't available from the get go.
