Review: Awesome Waders - Love the Front Zip - OK - I bought two of these, a Large and a Medium King. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds. Average build. The Medium King was the right call. The fit is spot on - not too baggy if I'm only wearing a t-shirt and not too tight if I have a jacket and other layers under it. If you are a bit bigger than me - the Large might be the better call. I do not wear jeans under my waders, I prefer thin lightweight sweatpants - much more comfortable and doesn't wear the inside of the waders as much as jeans do. I've used these waders 4 times so far and I have had zero issues with leakage. The front zipper is great - especially if you need to, well, you need to relief yourself ;-). Front zipper also makes putting these on easier than other waders. No problems with the stocking foot - just remember to size up your boot one full shoe size. Suspenders work great, no problems with them sliding off my shoulders. There are two handwarmer pockets behind the two front pockets - super nice to have for long floats. I have mixed feelings about the two pockets. On one hand - I like having two smaller pockets rather than one big pocket (better for organizing stuff). On the other hand, because they are side zip, stuff is prone to falling out when you unzip and pull something out. It bugs me a bit, but not enough that I'd go back to non-front zip waders.
