My roommates and sisters have all complimented it.It arrived in three packages and the instructions were packaged with the screws and other pieces. It was fairly simple to install, but would have been easier with someone to help. It looks just like the picture. Couldn't be happier ### ⭐⭐⭐ Missing Screws *by R***L on October 15, 2023* Great bed, looks good, was easy to assemble, but it came missing screws that are needed to hold the bed together. I tried contacting someone about ordering extras and for some reason I couldn’t. They can’t be found at Lowe’s or Home Depot either so I’m very frustrated. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bed, not great supplier *by S***Z on April 26, 2021* The bedframe was very well packaged but arrived with a damaged headboard that had to have been damaged pre-packaging. Cymax accepted return and replacement request asap. Typical Covid delays getting the replacement but when it arrived the bed went together easily and looks great. The problem is dealing with Cymax to return the damaged headboard, terrible communication and lots of hassles. At one point they told us to “discard damaged item” then weeks later they continue to email requests for FedEx pickup that never gets scheduled. Will avoid Cymax in future.
