It can be worn for a few days each time.No needles and do not pierce the skin. Review: Fairly priced and it works - definitely worth it! - Everything you need is in this kit to get started - auricular ear map, tweezers, e book and acuseeds. I found the map nice and clear to follow and the acuseeds easy to apply. If you’re finding it fiddly to find the right auricular point, you can always get a skin friendly pen and dot the areas you wish to target on your ear before applying the acuseeds. I targeted 3 areas which you can see in the photos - knees, neck and occiput. My knees are a long term problem area for me and after placing an acuseed on the auricular point corresponding to them, that point felt very warm for two hours. It felt far more tender compared to the other two auricular points. To me, I know that means it’s an area I need to focus on and that it’s working - and my knee pain is genuinely subsiding. Now and then I gently press and rub my acuseeds for ongoing stimulation. Back to the retailer and product, the quality of these earseeds by dragon acupuncture is excellent. The adhesive is strong so the acuseeds stay on for a few days in spite of water contact. It’s also a nice feeling to use a product with a natural element (real seeds) as opposed to the Western plastic bling versions out there. Personally, I feel it’s important to support an Asian family run company where the art and practice of TCM is in their bloodline. They know what they’re doing. They really care. It’s not about making an ancient healing modality fashionable with flashy crystals. Acuseeds are a fantastic compliment and alternative to acupuncture. This is the best brand I’ve found so far and I’m so happy I discovered it.

**Q: Do you replace these every 3/5 days with new ones and do you wear them seven days a week throughout the year ?**
A: Hi, we recommend customers to apply the seeds on alternate ears each time. This mean, wear the seeds on one ear for 2-3 days. After that, remove the ear seed stickers. Use a set of fresh ear seeds on another ear (same set of acu-points). Doing so, the ear acupressure points can be rested and respond better to stimulus the next time you apply the seeds on. 

We also suggest a course of 1 month. Apply on the set of acupressure points relevant to your condition for one month and observe effects. Then, allow yourself to go without ear seeds for a week or so before you restart. More details can be found in the eBook that comes with the kit. Thank you.

**Q: Can you see the seeds or can you see the patch over the top**
A: No, you won't see the seeds. The patches are in skin tone color and not transparent. Thus, you won't see the seeds when the patches are pasted on the auricular points.

**Q: Has anyone used these on the Parasympathetic point?**
A: Hi, Auricular acupuncture or acupressure is widely applied for relaxation. There is also a point, “Sympathetic Nerve”, which is found to be effective in regulating the autonomic nerve system. This point is mentioned in the eBook. I hope this helps. Thank you.
