Maybe a little overkill. *by L***D on August 26, 2018* tl;dr Works well for scraping off the seal between the IHS and substrate. A lot of things can probably do the same thing, but this really works like a charm. So I bought these the scrape the (what I'm assuming is) silicon seal that glued the IHS to the substrate. It gets nearly all of it off, but alas you still need isopropyl and something a little more "scrubby." That only took one blade though. Now I just use 'em for general purpose things, like cleaning off gunk from electronic. Never damages or scratches what I'm working on!
