So I took a chance on this one because of other guest photos and because the "back" of the bag looked similar to a Briggs and Riley bag we have (cushioned with breathable texture).The test was when my husband came home. The box, as promised, arrived shortly before he arrived. The bag was made of really nice material that matched was seen in the video ad on this page. It had sturdy coppery/gold zippers and rings, tons of compartments including one in the back beneath the straps. Also included were a changing pad and clips to attach the bag to a stroller.I said "will this work?" and he was thrilled with it especially since the bag is neutral enough for the woman's husband to also be able to carry it. It doesn't look like a diaper bag, it looks like a well made backpack.We can't say yet, how it will wear, but I hear the recipient loves it. This was supposed to be a quality bag made by a “luggage company.” I contacted the seller on 5/24/19 and 6/1/19 and received no response. I had amazon contact the seller on 6/4/19 and have received no response. They claim to have 100% satisfaction guarantee and “the best customer service.” None is that is true.
