Review: Better than swallowing horse pills - I use 1 a day to get my recommended calcium. The taste is too lemony for me so I use about 1oz of sweet tea, add a tablet & then add 15oz of plain water. I wait for the tablet to dissolve & then shake my bottle otherwise it develops a white foam from the minerals. Since the calcium is already dissolved my stomach doesn’t get that feeling like I just swallowed a boulder (sometimes the horse pill sized calcium would pass unprocessed).
