Review: Worth it - Switched from protalus boot insoles (awesome but don’t last long) to these. These have less cushioning but are more supportive and more comfortable overall. I have plantar fasciitis and these feel great. I routinely wear heavy boots for 4-8hrs a day.
Review: BEFORE YOU BUY!! - I went through 21 weeks of US Army OSUT training with these insoles in my boots. I can say with 2000% certainty that these insoles changed my life in boot camp. I’ve spent 8+ hour days on my feet doing mindless BS, including my 5-mile, 8-mile, and 10-mile ruck March with these puppies in. I cannot recommend enough how great these are. Keep in mind the “break-in” period, but once they are, you'll love them forever. If you're looking for a great boot to go perfectly with the insoles, I recommend the Garmont Lightweight boots as well! (the white stuff on the insoles is footpowder please ignore)

## Features

- Firm Support, Maximum Cushion Insoles Built for Work Boots, Hiking Shoes & High-Volume Footwear: The Thick profile (4.8mm total with 3.2mm cushioning) is designed for boots and roomy footwear where thinner insoles feel unstable, combining firm arch support and plush cushioning for walking, hiking, work shifts, and high-impact activity.
- Helps Relieve Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs & Back Pain from Standing All Day: Thick cushioning absorbs impact while arch support and a deep heel cup distribute pressure evenly across the foot, reducing plantar fascia strain and correcting alignment issues like overpronation that contribute to heel pain, arch fatigue, and lower back soreness during extended standing.
- Thick Profile (4.8mm Total with 3.2mm Cushioning) Designed for Boots or Shoes with Extra Interior Space: If your boots have room and standard insoles feel too thin, this Thick insole is a good choice. Measure your factory insole thickness for comparison. Also available: Thin (1.6mm) and Medium (3.2mm) styles.
- Sized to Standard North American Sizing with Trim-To-Fit Edges for Any Boot Width: Match your regular shoe size or measure your insole heel-to-toe. Size down if between sizes. Trim with regular scissors for precise customization to fit securely in any shoe style or width.
- Heat-Moldable to Your Specific Arch Height Inside Deep-Volume Footwear: Adapts to low, medium, or high arches for a custom fit that factory boot insoles can't provide. Especially effective for people with high arches or flat feet who need insoles that maintain full arch contact inside roomy boots.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than expected!
*by R***N on June 3, 2025*

Great product. I was skeptical as I’ve only used custom orthotics since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. That said; I was not trying to spend hundreds again and wait weeks to get them in. I’ve worn the same pair of orthotics for too long and honestly haven’t found anything I’ve liked other than custom fit ones. Well; from the moment I pulled out my old inserts and added the new SOLE inserts; my feet actually felt happy. Not annoyed and in pain like I get with most shoes (if you have plantar fasciitis you know what I mean). Just satisfaction. They offer great arch support, nicely cushioned in all the right places and keeps me flat versus an incline with many other brands of inserts. I let the insoles get used to my feet for a few hours each day and over the last week of wearing them in very impressed. They fit my shoes well and as long as your shoes are loose enough it should be fine.
