These are well-made spiral hoops (double-twist); I give them one star shy of a perfect five because as the Roig Family stated, both hoops in each pair spiral in the same direction so that if worn one in each ear they lack symmetry… Mind you, for me (since I wear hoops in only my triple-pierced left ear) this doesn't matter – but it does mean I am forced to place the visible ball in my topmost piercing, with no option to place it in the bottom piercing. [See photo to clarify all this!]Another issue is that the colors of the "gold" and "rose-gold" hoops are almost the same, with neither being noticeably rosy… However, to get three pairs of hoops for the price all other vendors I've seen ask for one pair is truly a bargain, and these hoops are sturdy with the balls all screwing on their hoops securely, for an appealing set of jewelry.

I love these earrings. I’d give it a 5 stars except each pair is exactly the same when they should go in opposite direction. Meaning when I put it on each ear, the spiral goes the same direction so it doesn’t look right. I have two holes in each ear and I loop these on both holes. The end ball sits on the bottom hole on my right lobe and on the top hole on the left lobe. It’s not symmetrical. Still looks stylish and great quality. Have it now for over a month, never took them off and they haven’t stained or lost color. My ears are sensitive and I haven’t had any allergic reaction to them. I even gave a pair to a couple of cousins who also loved them.

In hindsight, these were really cool. I ordered the smaller 8g guage, but still received the 16g. My ears are sore from putting them in. My lobes are really small, so they just look huge on my ears. I was hoping for a tighter feel and appearance.

Do not buy these. These are shaped completely wrong. For these to work the end of the need to be offset to the hole on your body. These go totally around to where the balls are parallel to the hole which makes allnof these stick out and is very uncomfortable. I kept the balls but the loops are absolutely no good. Whoever sized and made these should know how these actually work.

Arrived as described. These were for my mother, bought to fit in 2 earring holes. She had a difficult time getting them in, probably could have used a tad bit smaller of a gauge. Her ear swelled up from wearing it to bed, but I think that was just from the pressure of it being around her ear. No tarnishing has occured, yet. I will update this review if it does end up turning color. 4 stars just because I expected them to be a bit more solid and not partially pliable (i.e. able to squeeze it and it bends slightly).

The wire that was used to make these earrings is very thick, and it’s impossible to get them through the holes on my ears.

I love this. And it fits 2 peircings.
