Ojon Revitalizing Mist With Ojon™ Oil 5.9 oz(Original)

I've been buying Ojon Revitalizing Mist for years. Probably not for the reason you think though. I'm almost not even sure what the claim is for this product anymore. And I don't care. The SMELL of this product alone will have me buying it until the end of time.The scent is so hard to describe; there's really nothing to compare it to. For this reason, I think it would be easier to tell you what it is not:It's not floral, musky, or "perfumy" in any way. There's nothing "tropical" or "clean breeze" about it. I would literally bathe in this if I could! It's that good. I'm not a big fan of perfume, in fact, the only one I've ever loved is Philosophy's Amazing Grace. It's got that same "I'm called a perfume, but I'm not a perfume" quality.So how do I use it? Mostly, I use it like I would use a perfume. I spray it on everything; my hair, my clothes, my skin. I've found it to be really moisturizing. I even take it camping with me because we all know there is nothing worse than smelling like a campfire for 3 days! This mist has been a lifesaver in that regard alone! I even use it as a room freshener. It's so quick and easy and best of all? It's instant and doesn't make your house smell like you just frantically ran around spraying air freshener.Occasionally though, I do use it on my hair. Haha. This pray leaves y our hair SOFT. Sometimes I think almost too soft. (Is there such a thing?) I'm the type that needs a little "grip" in their hair before styling so I probably wouldn't use it when I'm going for an all out styling session. And a little bit goes a long way! Only a few sprays is all I use and I have very long hair.It can be used on wet or dry hair and I use it both ways although I'm not really sure what prompts this decision. Usually I use it on dry hair because, like I said, it's all about the smell. If your hair is looking frizzy, it will definitely take care of the frizz. On wet hair, I haven't found that it helps with detangling at all, but that's not why I bought it so I'm OK with that.I'm a sucker for hair products but I feel the true test is weather you would buy it again or not. This is one of two (out of hundreds that I've tried!) that I consistently repurchase. This product is so universal, I honestly can't imagine a person alive that wouldn't love this or find the smell offensive in any way. I have two daughters and have finally learned to order this two at a time just to keep peace in the house.I absolutely depend on reviews to know what products to buy and I try not to waste my hard earned money. Works on all hair types, smell fantastic, and helps boost your conditioner. For women with hair loss, apply organic coconut oil to your entire unwashed head at night with a shower cap. Let it sit while your watch TV or clean. Sleep in it. Apply apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle, then add shampoo. Wash a 2nd time. Then apply Ojon. Then apply your conditioner on top. Comb it through and place a conditioning cap on for 30 minutes while you get dressed and apply your makeup. For long hair comb it back in a ponytail or updue. Remove the shower cap and let your hair air dry. Do not rinse it out. Go to work. Rinse it out in the shower and re-apply Ojon & your conditioner. Comb through and airdry before bed. In the morning, refresh with Ojon, conditioner, and apply the shower cap for 30 minutes. Do this everyday for 2 weeks. Apply the coconut oil once a week before washing and your hair will stop falling out and regrow.

I bought this because I wanted a light conditioning spray that I could use daily on my hair. (I have medium-length wavy/curly hair that is also extremely fine, so it is very prone to frizz and dry, split ends.) It does an okay job of preventing frizz without adding weight, but its moisturizing abilities seem limited. The main issue for me, however, is the smell. The smell is extremely strong and perfume-y, and it really lingers. I use another Ojon product, the  Ojon Damage Reverse Instant Restorative Hair Serum - 50ml/1.7oz , and I absolutely LOVE the smell of that, so I thought this hair mist would have a similar smell—it does not. I'll use the bottle because it's too expensive to just throw out, but I definitely will not be buying again.

This is the BEST STUFF IN THE WORLD!!!!! When Sephora discontinued it, I was in complete shambles. I thought, who would sell this?! I checked around all the local beauty supply stores, and no one had it! Last resort was Amazon, and they came through! It is a tiny bit more expensive here, but I don't care. I would pay 100 for a bottle of this. The scent is amazing, it leaves my hair so silky and soft, and it detangles like nothing I've ever used before! I've bought three more bottles since, and I think I'm going to buy more just in case Amazon stops selling it!

The product smelIed good but I was expecting a better detangler.I have used other detangling products and got better results.For the price, I was expecting this product to be better than any other....With this leave in, I was looking for softer and shinier when dry....not...I would love to return it, but don't know how.

Love this product. Expensive but only condition that works on my fine hair to get out tsngles when my hair is wet. Also never makes hair oily . Just soft and silky. Great product.

I've used this product for about 6 years now and highly recommend it. Normally my extremely fine hair can be very frizzy or full of static. This product makes my fine hair behave like 'normal' hair without any frizziness, or fly-away static. On the other hand, most hair products are too heavy for me, and leave my hair looking somewhat greasy within a couple of days of using them. I have long hair and I prefer not to wash it too often for the health of my hair and scalp. This product allows me to wash my hair every 5-6 days without any heavy build up. It is as though I have naturally normal hair which behaves well in all conditions. I have not been able to locate another hair product that works like this. As a note to others using it, I have found the best result is to lightly spray the last 3-4 inches of hair and allow your comb or brush to pick up a coating of the product which is enough to condition the hair close to the scalp. When I had short hair I used to use just 1 or 2 pumps of the spray above my head and allow it to 'mist downwards' before brushing/combing it. That was enough to create great results. In-other-wards... a little goes a loooong way with this product
