Earlier, the condenser got damaged, due to which the fan was making excessive noise. I got it repaired, but now the fan has stopped working again (burnt issue). I have already registered a complaint with your service team, and it has been 4 days, but no engineer has visited yet to inspect or repair the product. This delay is very disappointing, especially when the product is under warranty

It has not even been one year since I purchased this fan, and I have already faced multiple issues. Earlier, the condenser got damaged, due to which the fan was making excessive noise. I have order this fan in the month August using from 2 months , look wise fan is perfect but at the time of installation we faced a issue fan wiring is in a wrong direction that's the reason it was not working at that time we got to know the issue and then after installation it was working perfectly
