Review: Tested against a professional equipment! - I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!
Review: Great scale - The scale is great. It's a good size for women and children. For a bigger man I'd probably buy the bigger size. Although my partner is using it and it shows results but it just looks a bit small when he steps on it with his size 13 feet 😂 The app is great and easy to use and install. The scale connects to the phone effortlessly. So easy to use. The statistics are helpful and you can set goals and see many different statistics. I love the period tracking feature. It's very useful and women can track symptoms and flow as well as days of the period.

A: Yes I have connected it on my phone and my sisters phone too.

**Q: How do I change the display to stones and pounds on the scale?**
A: You can't.  You can change it in the app to stones and pounds but it'll still only show pounds on the scales.  Pretty annoying.

**Q: Other than the weight , where are all the rest of the 13 key indicators shown in the app?**
A: 13 Key Body Composition Metrics:

**Q: With the app, how many family members can I track? is it suitable for children?**

There should not be a restriction on the number of users on the app. It's suitable for children for measuring weight, but some of these measurements are just available for 18 years old or above because we still don't have a reliable algorithm for the young body which is growing fast, please check the age.
