I work on mowers. Usually riding mowers and zero turns with a little bit larger engines. This will definitely work on a small Briggs. Good luck Glen **Q: Will tool fit 4.8 Chevy lifter holes** A: I don't think so. But that tool was very difficult to use. I tried to replace my lifters on a 98 jeep wrangler i6. Didn't fit so I removed the head. I tried to use the tool to remove the lifters it was so difficult I threw it. I ended up using a magnet. It worked great. Buy some long needle nose. **Q: will work on gmc yukon 5.3 motor** A: It worked well on lifters in a '93 Jeep wrangler in line engine. The tool kind of pops in over that C ring looking spring and could work to replace cam and lifters without removing the head but it would be tricky and you might drop the lifter. If the lifters are mushroomed I don't think this tool would work...or maybe. You could ask are Chrysler lifters near the same opening as GMC .? If so then yes this tool will work. **Q: Will this work on a 92 chev 350 5.7 for removing lifters** A: Yes,as long as you know how to use it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Performance Tool W86552 2-Piece Valve Lapper Set for Vehicle Oil Systems Maintenance and Repair, Black - Permatex 80037 Valve Grinding Compound, 3 oz. - Permatex 81950 Ultra Slick Engine Assembly Lube, 4 oz. , Red --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/5219765-performance-tool-w86552-2-piece-valve-lapper-set](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/5219765-performance-tool-w86552-2-piece-valve-lapper-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
