TO NOTE, if you cant get help from the c/s about a problem on the rod damage, or shipping, or even the cost for the repairs, or exchange that would send a company packing and out of buisness,? Abu Garcia has been in around for a long time , if they continue to treat the people thru c/s help, and dont help they wont be here very long?
