Excellent experience so far -- a solid piece of equipment!
I've only had this unit for a couple days, but so far I'm very happy with it.It arrived ahead of schedule with excellent packaging. It is performing as expected - very easy to roll around - about the size of a salesman's sample case. That's important for an old guy like me(!). At 63 lbs, it's pretty heavy but lighter than an old lead-acid battery counterpart. It really does charge fast -- when plugged into a standard 15amp 110V AC socket, it shows a charge level of 1750 watts. I didn't try it, but if I had put any other load on that AC circuit, it would have tripped my circuit breaker! I recommend you find an AC outlet that has no other load. Alternatively, choose the "slow charge" mode on the phone app and it will draw only about 850 watts when charging. The unit has an optional mode that will extend the life of its batteries by limiting max drain and max charge to a narrower range than 0-100% of total capacity. I had that option turned on, and when the unit wouldn't charge beyond 85%, I thought it was defective. Taking it off "battery saving mode" fixed that. This is done through the Bluetooth/WiFi link to my iPhone via a downloadable app that works well.I tested the solar panel that comes with the unit -- it's rated at 80 watts, but it delivered about 65 watts with bright morning sun. That's a slow charge rate, but it's free energy, and a backup when commercial power is not available. You can add more solar panels if you want to buy them.I'm planning heavy use of this unit for amateur radio "field day" at the end of June. I'll add more info to this review after that (if Amazon lets me). Brownouts are predicted in my area (Arizona) this summer. This unit can help me bridge the brownout if it isn't too long, and then I can recharge the unit on commercial power.I really like the display on the unit as well as the nifty iPhone app. So far it works very well and keeps the user "in the know" any time it's needed.I bought this unit to replace a motley collection of dying AGM lead-acid batteries (very heavy), lots of cables, and some erratic separate power inverters. Ugh. Not very portable.Bottom line: this unit is pricey, but it's so convenient, I think I'm going to love it.UPDATE after 20 months - Works as well as it did in May of 2023. Light usage, and I keep it on the "battery save" mode, only charging to 85% of capacity. WiFi link works great. Expensive, but it's saved me several times. Kudos to Jackery.

Peace of Mind...
Extremely versatile and useful! Here in America's Heartland where tornados and football tailgate parties in the springtime, fishing trips and camping in the summertime and where freezing rain and ice storms are a reality in the winter, having instant available power for light, personal medical devices, keeping your phone charged, and in a pinch heat, is peace of mind. This unit runs a 40" TV all day, at least I've never had to use the panels to charge it while watching the game. It runs my central furnace (conservatively) for three days, more than enough time and comfort to get the gas gennie up and running. For giggles I also tested it using the fridge and it lasted 5 hrs. The phone app is handy but be aware you can only monitor the unit while it's powered up. The monitor panel/app is informative and shows available charge, and wattage draw during use and status while charging.I found this unit to be conveniently and adequately powerful enough for the money to be a very good value for an emergency stop-gap during severe weather and creature comforts when away from a power outlet.

Charged quickly, ran refrigerator for 27 plus hours without recharging.
Received the Jackery Solar Generator 3000 PRO with two 200W Solar Panels. The unit was delivered via FedEx on time. However, the delivery was supposed to require a signature, the driver dropped the unit in my driveway and left without obtaining signature. I was home at the time of delivery and driver did not knock, so be aware that the signature required stipulation does not seem to be observed by FedEx drivers. I have noticed other reviewers have complained of the same problem. The packaging clearly shows it contains a solar generator so anyone happening by will know what it is.I was able to easily install the Jackery App on my iPhone. The app is clear and easy to use. The unit was charged to about 30% when I turned it on shortly after unboxing it. I didn't time exactly how long it took to the charge the unit to 100% but it was under 2 hours in fast charging mode. As a test I plugged my 25 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker into the 100% charged Jackery 3000 Pro. Using the phone app I set the battery setting to "Full Use" and energy saving mode to "Never." "Full Use" battery mode means the unit will charge the batteries to 100% and drain the batteries to zero. There is a "Battery Saving" mode that sets charging limit to 85% and discharge limit to 15% which will extend the lifespan of the batteries. For this test I wanted to see how long the unit would run the refrigerator using maximum battery capacity. The ambient temperature in the room was 68 degrees and the refrigerator was opened and closed occasionally during normal daily use. The Jackery 3000 Pro ran the refrigerator for 27.5 hours and there was 5% charge remaining when I ended the test. Assuming the last 5% charge would run the refrigerator as long as the first 5% it should have run the refrigerator for about another 1.3 hours for a total refrigerator run time of 28.8 hours.I have not used the 3000 Pro with the Solar Saga 200W solar panels yet, so can't comment on how well they work. Also, one thing to be aware of about the 3000 Pro is that it is not compatible with Jackery add-on expansion battery packs, so the 3000 Pro can't be expanded beyond its 3024WH capacity. So far, I'm happy with the unit, I got it primarily for running the refrigerator during power outages and plan to recharge it via solar panels or gasoline powered generator as situation requires.

Fantastic integrated power source
Nice design and does almost everything as promised. The solar panels are easily set up and the various ways to charge the unit are accurate per the advertising. Although fairly heavy, the unit is compact, has an integrated dolly and solid handles for lifting. Unfortunately, this product will NOT power your late model 30 Amp RV and there is no known work around. The most you can get is 110 service which is accomplished by inserting a neutral ground plug (available on Amazon) into one of the Jackery outlets. We ended up keeping this device because it will work well as a good home backup system and it will also supply our basic RV needs so we can go off grid. Good customer service and communication.
