So far, I like this watch. After reading some of the other reviews on it, I wasn't sure it was going to be a good watch. But, what I've found is that it's pretty spot on with trackability, and the battery actually lasts a long time. I like the size of the face, and the bracelet like fit. And, it's so much more affordable than a fitbit, which is what I switched from. My fitbit was having issues syncing, and, half the time it wouldn't track my sleep at all. I haven't had these issues with this watch. I give 5 stars.

The watch would not turn on. I took off the band and used it with my other watch. I love the design and quality but I'm scared if I purchase another it will not work.Someone from there customer service team contacted me about the watch not turning on and I was sent a new watch. The new watch that was sent was great. I appreciate that there customer service team reached out to me right away and within 3 days my new watch was here. Thank you so much Mr. Victor and there customer service team. I will be purchasing again from this company. Amazing customer service. 5 stars. I get so many compliments on my watch. I did purchase a screen protector to avoid scratches the face of the watch. I work in the medical field and wash my hands several times daily. It counts my steps, takes my BP and heart rate. It has plenty more features that I haven't needed as of yet. The size is perfect. Not to big and not to small. And for the price...... It's well worth it. I wear this watch daily (home, outings, work or travel). It didn't take long to charge and a single charge last a week or more. Definitely good quality and I will buy another in a different color. I currently own the silver..... Bling Bling!!!

It’s a beautiful watch. I ordered it for the sparkly watch and. The sparkly watch band is so hard to close I have to use pliers to close it. It came with a pink & white plastic type bands. I have switched to these bands as the studded band is impossible to close.

My wife was mostly happy with this watch until yesterday, when it quit working all of a sudden. She was wearing it, nothing happened to it and it had a black screen when she went to look at the time.She's very disappointed that it lasted less than 6 months.

I absolutely love this watch. It's beautiful as well as being an excellent smartwatch. I love all the conveniences as well as optional functions. I highly recommend. The customer service is outstanding as well!

I am pleased with my watch. It is a little bigger than I thought it would be, but not hard to get used to. Customer service is good when I have a question. Battery life is also good.
