Review: EASY install and super quiet - Was very easy install. there was no instruction on remote but they gave a link to download so wasn't a big deal. This works flawlessly SO FAR and exceeds all expectations on noise , its so quiet. I am currently ordering 2 more. Only thing in question is longevity but seems to be built good and no issues out of box (other than huge dent ) so hopefully it will last many years. cools a bedroom with zero effort.

Was very easy install. there was no instruction on remote but they gave a link to download so wasn't a big deal. This works flawlessly SO FAR and exceeds all expectations on noise , its so quiet. I am currently ordering 2 more. Only thing in question is longevity but seems to be built good and no issues out of box (other than huge dent ) so hopefully it will last many years. cools a bedroom with zero effort.

I have been trying to locate a phone # for issue we are having with 1 of the units. It keeps Icing up, wont defrost. The system has been checked by a licensed HVAC company. I need a phone number to talk to some about getting repaired or replaced.
