The smaller is a wonderful size for cutting clay ….gets into corners the larger one can’t

I have used the large slier on a 2# chunk of cheddar and it did okay. I expect the "wire" will break at some point but I mainly wanted the smaller one to try on cold butter. It worked well on cold, but not frozen. I will, however, continue to use the slicers and I will be able to share the second one with family.

This work really good on cheese. I bought it for charcuterie and grazing tables! Easy to use.

I bought these for some soft Slilton - if you use a knife for soft cheese, it sticks to the knife blade. These are perfect for that. Seem sturdy - although I'm sure they would struggle w/ some walmart cheddar or whatever. I'd use a stainless knife or plastic knife for that.

I tried to cut some gudda cheese and it broke... tried the second one... and again broke...
