Review: Great humidifier in size and quality - Small but will run all day without needing a refill. It’s easy to clean, and the mist is adjustable. I like Vick’s and have had this brand in the past, so I was confident it would be of good quality. I came down with a cold the same day it was delivered, and it’s been really helpful! Outside it’s in the 20’s so the forced air heat inside is very drying. Not only does it help with sinuses, but it’s keeping my clothes static free!
Review: Wonderful if you keep it clean - I’ve had this for 4-6 weeks and we absolutely love it. It is perfect for our smaller size bedroom. I empty it, wipe it out, and then air dry it daily. I also only use distilled water in it, and use fresh water every time I use it. Every weekend I clean it with bleach as directed in the manual. I don’t know why some people say it’s loud, ours is very quiet. If you’re willing to keep it clean and follow the instructions it works great. I highly recommend it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: does a pad have to be used with this?**
A: Yes. We had it sitting on the wood floor and the area around the humidifier was wet. It is now on a dresser on a waterproof pad and works fine.

**Q: How large is the water fill opening?**
A: Water fill opening is about 3.75"

**Q: can I use Vicks Vapo Steam liquid in the water in this unit?**
A: We will be happy to provide that information. You cannot use the Vicks VapoSteam in this unit, as it can damage the unit. That is made for use in only in Vaporizers, and in the medicine cups of Warm mist humidifiers and humidifiers with heated medicine cups. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please email our support team at SocialSupport@helenoftroy.com and we will be happy to assist you.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great humidifier in size and quality

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best vaporizer by far- I checked many!!
*by S***A on February 13, 2024*

I had the old version and glad there was only small design changes. The vapor goes up to about 3 to 4 feet up in the air. Every single vaporizer sold here or at pharmacies has a vapor that’s just a small weak mist. Not sure why those get good reviews, that weak mist won’t help when you have a cough/cold. I use the Vicks vaporizer at medium blast next to my bed and it reaches my nose easily. Will make the room humid really quick in winter days. After buying and returning like 20 vaporizers with 1000+ reviews I finally found one with a good steam vapor that’s not a weak mist.
