Clear images with good playback and capture facilities. Flexible remote access via smartphone, tablet or laptop in addition to base access through monitor (not supplied} Initially had a problem with image loss which was thought to be a software issue and the support staff worked tirelessly in an attempt to resolve the problem - despite the time difference between the UK and Hong Kong they were in daily contact.
