I collect these 'halfcab' models in many different, colourful, liveries as a memory of my infancy when the real things would all be congregated in the coach parks at the seaside etc and cars back then seemed to be nothing but unimaginative shades of boring grey or black. Anyway, this one model needed to have it's grill/radiator finished as it ought to have been and the little paint pots were just right for the task. I haven't painted a model vehicle since the 1960's so it was like reliving my childhood, only a bit more expertly all these years later.
