A: Yes, copy and paste is default. I just received mine and tried it.

**Q: can you customize these keys to mute your mic on teams/zoom?**
A: yes, it can.
First of all, you need to know the key(Key combination)  that controls your microphone on your original keyboard, for example, it‘s the 'A' key.
So this is the operation method of this mini keyboard:
1. Open the software
2.Button>button 1>mode>default
3. modifier keys>not set
4. general keys>Aa

**Q: Was working fine but one day the keys started writing “z” and “x”. Tried restarting, among other things but did not fix it. Can I turn it back?**

I didn't realise just how much I copy and paste in my day job until I started to use this. It's veclroed (?) next to my keyboard and headset controls. I probably should have got the unit with 'Cut' on it as well, but this works just fine and speeds up my tasks. I use this on a Windows machine. I'm not sure about the OSX unit. I may buy one for that as well, but will need to look into assigning the buttons to the actions.
