I have 2 Quad PC's & 1 i7 PC connected to this switch and find it regularly freezes, or crashes every time I use it. I have also tried to use the hub to switch portable usb hard drives between these PC's with the same results.How ever the company contacted me and offered me a newer version (free of charge) which I have now received and used with very reliable results - the switch no longer freezes or crashes even with the same PC's and hub connected.
