I don't know if they would be easy enough to put on yourself as they are not pull ups **Q: Is the box they come in a discreet box and how big is the box they come in** A: Hello 1 single pack would come in a plain Grey Bag with no company markings on it whatsoever. Mostly used overnight due to nocturnal enuresis as extra bulk restricts clothing choice that hides pad use as wet less heavily during day.
