DuracellBaby C/LR14/AM2/4014/1.5V Alkaline Battery (4x)

I thought I’d covered all basis of batteries with my pre-Christmas shop but lo and behold I hadn’t picked up any of these.The batteries are great. Done the job. The toy these went in has been used for at least an hour each day and still going strong!

This four pack of Duracell baby C/LR14/AM2/4014/1.5V alkaline battery works excellent I must admit, they are the best batteries in my opinion, the longest life for me, no other batteries can compare to Duracell.Great quality at all, good value for money.Recommend.

THE PRODUCT was delivered very quickly and the battery I used from the pack of four worked without problems. As a pack of four of medium sized batteries, this was a relatively heavier package for its size, with a corresponding heavier coat of postage and packing at an additional 60% of the purchase price. The Duracell packaging is cleverly designed for display and sale in shops and easily survived delivery inside the external package..SELECTING the correct battery, however, needed attention to detail. I simply wanted to replace the battery in a clock. Selecting the right battery was not so simple.An ordinary clock slowed down and using a battery tester showed that the battery was low and needed replacement. This was not a small common AA type battery but a bigger one with a large C 2013 on it. It was not a Duracell brand. I had no idea what the large C meant, or even if it was significant, but I could not see any voltage on the battery, nor any other indicator like AA etc. Getting a magnifying glass, near the large C I found the text “C Size - E93 LR14 AM2 1.5V”, so I could assume it was 1.5 volts and I assumed that LR14 was the battery type.A search produced something similar, but 9V. I tried another search and came across this Duracell pack. The voltage was right at 1.5V, the brand is well known and its entry has a note saying it is a recommended product for “Radio, Clock”. These Duracell batteries are marked C4 on the packaging and the batteries themselves are marked on their sides “C 1.5V” in small text.

i kept forgetting to buy batteries at tesco so decided just to order. Next day they were here and the cats toy working again :)
