I travel a lot and always take it with me. I've never looked into the other ingredients to help getting to sleep; but the combination is very comforting and relaxing, and lets me connect that to remind my body that there's some deep sleep ahead. I don't use it on my body yet and don't know that I will. I stay up late and wake up late, and if I need to go to the bathroom I spray a little bit before I lay back down. I don't use much and the pillow gets most of it. I can say that I'm really impressed with the product and reasonable price and I've recommended it to many friends who need a little help with falling asleep. I don't fall asleep quickly and this combined with melatonin and listening to frequency helps me a lot. Thank you for letting me tell you about something I'm pleased with and will be buying again.
