Review: Excellent! PLEASE READ! - ...I do not think people realize how powerful using a cold ice pack is to repair the body. Let me tell you!...you need to leave this item on any part of the body where you have pain for at least 20 mins. When you have the ice pack on the painful joint or muscle, its gona hurt real real bad when you applie the ice pack. The more pain you can take the better. The colder you can take it the better!! Its gona get real cold! and hurt! But what this dose it draws out all the old bad built up rubbish that gets stuck deep in the connective tissue in the joints and the surrounding area. All the old dead blood cells and toxins are drawn completely out of that area and pumped right back through to the heart where all the rubbish is filtered out and purified by the heart, which allows new fresh white blood cells and healing substances back deep into the affected joint and then the real healing begins. Its always best to take vit c ( ascorbic acid ) and hydrolyzed collagen and vit E and glycine and L glutimine (1 teaspoon of each) with 25 mg of vit b 6, (The b6 and L Glutimine when combined create GABA in the body and help you relax and repair) mixed in water or slightly warm milk half hour before you begin the treatment. **Q: Can this be effectivly used for piriformis syndrome. It has been suggested to use a cold pack to help relieve the pain but I am unsure what size?**
A: Yes this would be a suitable size for your condition I should think.  However I am not sure if you should lie on it as it may burst the sealed edges,it really depends on your weight. However placing it over your buttocks lying on your front should be idea. I also suggest putting into freezer to make to coldness last longer.

**Q: Is this true, does it stay flexible after being in the freezer? & whats the average time it stays cold for? Hoping it will stay cold for 1-2 hours min**
A: This does not flex when frozen, it becomes hard and will not flex, waste of time and money.

**Q: Why can I not return this item?**
A: Because it's been in sustained direct contact with the flesh of your body.

**Q: Just brought this pack and taken it out of the freezer (been in there overnight).  It is as solid as a rock!   is this normal ?**
A: I've bought three of these. The standard size one absolutely fine - repeated uses (about 20), totally flexible each time. I bought the larger one at the same time but this one came out solid as a rock. The seller straight away sent me another and was ok (but still not as pliant as the standard size) for a couple of uses, then went to being solid out of the freezer. Then binned both the duff ones and 'let it go'. Obviously, must be a supplier issue with the gel filling - ask for a replacement. The one that works is great. Nothing worse for me than leaning back on the sofa with a rock hard gel pack in between!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stay Cool When The Weather Gets Hot

Good quality, excellent size and as the name implies it is flexible. I brought it in August 2022 when the weather became unbearably hot 🥵 - this did the trick, cooling me down sufficiently to get to sleep. Only 4 stars because of the space it took up in my (average size) freezer.
