If you want a really overt strong funky truffle taste buy Sabatino Tartuffi, I keep both brands stocked in my kitchen. Grain size is an ideal texture. Solid value for the money, on par with other brands, definitely not exorbitant.

All I can say is Yum. Also, a little bit goes long way, so it will last a while. Worth every penny. Love it on popcorn, vegetables and seafood. Very versatile . Give it a try you won’t regret it.
