This is a special formulation which can be used by both professionals and amateurs who wish to make perfumes. It allows the simple addition and blending of essential oils and fragrances into solution with or without water. Can also be used in the production of reed diffusers. Our Perfumer's alcohol forms a clear solution with most fragrance oils, but some which are specifically designed for use in candle-making can cause issues.
