Epoxy to Polypropylene forget it. Note: If the bracket is UPVC you might get a better life by using an exterior grade low modulus Silcone sealant / adhesive such as used for sealing UPVC windows to masonry because Silicone will flex with ambient air temperature but eventually the joint will fail at the stone interface.
