It's to be used with a heat (steaming) cap for 1/2 hour. If you leave it in, it will dry horribly. Your hair will stick together and bits of hardened conditioner will fall out as flakes. The only reason I know is that I've done this - on a weekend - when I'm not going out anywhere. I chose not to use a plastic heating cap as I wanted to deep-condition the ends. However, most of the time, I use a plastic cap and sit under the dryer until it gets warm, then I leave it for 1/2 hour. You can also use it as with normal conditioner. Apply, wait 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Hope that helps. 😊 **Q: Very misleading. Picture has 236 ml tub and description says 60ml. Received now, but only looked at picture, so got 1/4 of what expected.** A: True. So I buy it from a shop now. You have to look at the picture and read the full description on Amazon and even then you may receive something slightly different. Check the invoice.
