Suitable for ages 3+. Review: Best kids toy ever - I got this set for my son 4 years ago when he was 2 and ever since it’s been the most played with toy in our house. I decided to review it now as we keep finding new uses for these magnets, now that he’s in year 1 we used them to explore 3D shapes and their nets and I can’t imagine a better learning aid for this task. My 2 year old is fascinated and plays with them daily, she recently discovered that they stick to the fridge which actually makes quite a good background for magnetic pictures. We were gifted another type of magnets at some point, the ones that it’s only the outline of the shape but they don’t get anywhere near in terms of sturdiness of structures and are much smaller than these ones. I also bought another set of non branded tiles, they seem very similar but one type of triangles don’t match so I would recommend sticking to one brand of tiles if someone want to expand their collection. Ours are now quite scratched but my kids haven’t managed to damage them over years of use even when dramatically collapsing their structures. The only negative is that some sides don’t always stick together evenly, which sometimes creates weak points in constructions but overall it’s a really best spent money when it comes to kids toys. Review: A big hit in our household - A big hit in our house, with our son and us. We spend a lot of time just building things and it’s so much fun. They fit well enough together and are strong and versatile. I was stressed about quality as I’ve read some bad reviews on magnetic tiles before but these are very durable and safe. Great value for money. We ended up buying more from this range to add to the set. Will probably buy more to continue to expand our collection. ## Features - Warning:Do not aim at eyes or face. - Warning:Not suitable for children under 3 years. Thank you.** A: Yes they are. But be warned that unlike Magna tiles, playmags are polarized so they can frustrate younger kids. **Q: Are these the new playmags with "supermags" tgat are stronger than Playmags or the original version that arent as strong?** A: Yes this is the new Playmags with "Supermags" and clickins and is stronger then any other magnetic blocks available to buy , **Q: Can anyone confirm if these tiles are polarised or not and so can only fit together in certain ways? Seen 2 different answers and its important to us!** A: It works and fits together from all sides, it's amazing, **Q: Are these compatible with Desire Deluxe magnet tiles?** A: I dont have that sorry ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best kids toy ever *by M***A on 25 May 2020* I got this set for my son 4 years ago when he was 2 and ever since it’s been the most played with toy in our house. It's sturdy, the magnets are strong and are safely enclosed so no risk of swallowing. It has many different geometric shapes so it's educational as well as entertaining for kids and grown-ups. I was surprised to see my 3 year old, who doesn't have the attention span to play with puzzles, to join the play. My 7 year old loved it too so I definitely recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - Playmags 100-Piece Magnetic Tiles Building Blocks Set, 3D Magnet Tiles for Kids Boys Girls, Educational STEM Toys for Toddlers… - Playmags 2 Piece Car Set: with Stronger Magnets, STEM Toys for Kids, Use with All Magnetic Tiles and Blocks Sturdy, Super Durable with Vivid Clear Color Tiles.
