Not taking off stars for that. The product itself along with a few zevo devices help us rid our home of gnats. It was very easy to use. I just held onto the straw so it wouldn’t fall into the drain and sprayed until foam came bubbling out of the drain. Allowed it to sit for 2 hours as directed and then poured boiling water down all the drains. I treated all the drains in the house including the bathtubs, sinks, and shower. As an added bonus it freshened a smell that was coming from my garbage disposal. Huge can that still had plenty in it after treating two bathrooms and my kitchen sink. Review: This works!! - We live on the ocean and the sea wall is so low right now that fruit flies are invading everyone’s home in our neighborhood. We bought several cans, sprayed the drains, the trash cans and let it sit over night. Huge difference! Repeated a couple times and they are gone! Great value! Pest control came to a neighbors and used this and they sent me the picture. Saved money and it took about a week to get rid of them. They were bad! I couldn’t have a cup of coffee without them flying into our drinks and food and all our stuff was sealed. The smell isn’t bad at all.
