## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the parchment paper natural? Or bleached?**
A: It looks like it is bleached.

**Q: Would these liners allow rice to be cooked in the steamer?**
A: Honestly, I am not sure! But I do know that you can steam rice to perfection with using one of these in a bamboo steamer! I have all 3 sizes and use them ALL the time! Hope this helps!

**Q: Someone please measure and post the actual diameter (because some of us wonder if we can use for steamers that are not Joyce Chen brand)?**
A: Actual diameter 9". My steamer basket is slightly smaller but they work fine.

**Q: Does the food stick to the paper at all? Do you need to use the scrapper to remove the food?**
A: The food hardly sticks to the parchment. If it does, it's like a pastry that can be removed easily.
