The serving size is two and he always asks to have three. I wish their multivitamin tasted as appealing but I'm just happy my son will eat these - Especially in winter when all the colds are going around. My daughter is 2 and it says it's for 3 and older so we don't allow her to have them - I would worry about choking as an issue since they're too large to be swallowed and aren't meant to be taken that way.
