It fits the rack space perfectly, and the housing fits inside the rack, rather than projecting outwards like some units. The price is kind of expensive for the basic features (no surge protection, as far as I can tell), but all rack equipment tends to be expensive unless you DIY. My only issue is the positioning of the power cable out of the side of the unit. If I had to install this in any other position within my rack, I wouldn't be able to, since there is a plastic part blocking the area inside of my rack. Having the power cable come out of the back of the unit would have allowed for more placement options.
