igourmet Tete de Moine Swiss Cheese Wheels - 2 Whole Wheels (3.6 lb)

I found a small package of this cheese in a local grocery and loved it. What is most important to me is that it was delivered in a package that kept it cold until delivered (such has not always been the case for other food items from other vendors). I ordered this as a holidays-treat for my husband and myself, and am very happy to have it in my refrigerator for next month. Note that you should have the gadget to shave this into the traditional "rosettes" (I ordered one of those as well [from a different vendor] which should arrive before Thanksgiving, when we plan on enjoying this cheese).
