Review: Compact and usefull for day to day - I bought this for my husband as a Father’s Day present. He’d wanted one for a long time, and he’s really happy with it. It has a compact and elegant design, which is ideal for our small kitchen. I’ve seen lots of reviews complaining about the water tank capacity, but I think it’s perfectly adequate for the size of the machine. As for how it works, we’ve been using it for just over a month and everything has been going very well so far, there haven’t been any problems with it leaking, my husband is really happy. The only downside is that the capsules aren’t that easy to get hold of as you have to buy them directly from Nespresso, however the machine itself is good.

### ⭐ Very disappointing quality

I’ve had multiple issues with this machine. First, inserting the coffee capsules can be very stiff — sometimes it feels like they get stuck when closing the lever. Second, when ejecting the used capsule, it doesn’t reliably drop into the collection container. Instead, it often falls into the drip tray, which is clearly a design flaw. Another major problem is leaking. Coffee liquid frequently accumulates in the capsule container, and when removing it, it can easily spill out, which is messy and inconvenient. I find myself needing to empty it after just 2–3 cups to avoid leaks. Finally, the consistency is poor. Using the same capsule and same setting (e.g., Mug size), the output varies — sometimes more water, sometimes less — which defeats the purpose of a pod machine. Overall, the build quality and reliability are far below expectations. I would not recommend this product.
