Once I got it installed properly, it charged up and seems to be maintaining its charge. However, it was difficult to install. The contacts on the connector tended to bend easily and I found it difficult to get it centered on the tablet's mating connector. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to have tabs on either side to guide it into place. It took me several tries before I managed get it seated properly. On one try, it appeared to be working, but failed to charge and drained after just a couple hours. Once I got it aligned just right, though, it started working just fine.
