I wonder, though, Is it like All of the other pod type products that don't comlletely dissolve and end up as micro-plastics poisoning our fish and waters and ultimately EVERYTHING? **Q: Do they work well with hard water?** A: We have very hard well water and these tabs cleaned the dishes very well, but they smelled really bad. The bottom of my machine started getting a ton of sticky build-up and it began smelling horrible within a couple of weeks. I consistently use dishwasher cleaner every month...but it didn't help. I was pre-washing my dishes and the machine as well as my dishes were still smelling bad. I switched to a different brand and never had any more problems. I would say give them a try for a few weeks and see what happens...they may work well for you. **Q: What is the difference between powerful clean and ultra power plus?** A: I’ve tried both kinds and didn’t notice and differences at all. I also quit purchasing this because the price has constantly went up each month for the last year. It started out around $14 now it’s up to $18 and just not worth that. Overall, they’ve been working well for our everyday dishes. Glasses come out clear, plates feel clean, and there’s no overpowering fragrance left behind, which I really appreciate. Pros: They dissolve well in my dishwasher, don’t leave a strong smell, and I like that the formula feels more eco-conscious. The packs are convenient and mess-free, which makes loading the dishwasher quick and easy. Cons: On heavier loads with baked-on food, I’ve noticed they’re not quite as powerful as some of the more aggressive mainstream brands. I sometimes need to pre-rinse more thoroughly for best results.
