Perfect in every way
I got this for a family trip and in was perfect, it holds loads. A huge space for food and drinks and a secure pocket for cards and keys etc. I use it all the time. No matter how heavy it is it is so comfortable to wear.

Like the quality of the bag. Zip woks well and allows lid to fold back. Inner waterproof area works well and holds water when ice pack leaked. Used for heavy items and coped well. Strap is strong and expands to good length.

Kept our food and drink cold all day
A bit smaller than we were expecting but the perfect size for two people’s lunch, drinks, and snacks for a day out. We spent a day on an airfield in the open during a heatwave and with some ice packs inside with our food the bag kept them nice and cold all day.

Xtra pockets are not very wide
You can fit keys phone etc in the front but they don’t extend for any extra food items etc

Poor stitching
Only used the bad a few times. The handle has completely come off and one strap torn away from bottom of bag causing a large hole in the bag.
