Frustrating. Review: This works great for any project where you need to add a ... - This works great for any project where you need to add a U.FL connector. In my case it was used to modify an OUYA to support an external antenna. These are tiny parts so make sure you have the right tools. Magnifying glass, tweezers, fine tipped soldering iron, and patience & skill. Because it's so small, it can't take a prolonged amount of high heat (I accidentally melted one the first attempt). Nothing wrong with the part, it's just a physical limitation of size. I found the best results with the soldering iron on a high heat setting and quickly melting the solder onto the pads (pre-tinning them).
